The 2010 Bognor Prom 10K will be held on Sunday, 16th May
2010 at 10:30AM.
- 16th successful year
- Entry fees: £15 for unaffiliated runners, or £13
for runners who are members of a UKA affiliated club
- £200 prize for the first male and first female runner
- £200 course record prize
- Course records: 31:06 Matthew Normington 2005, 35:19 Jenny Anne Brown 1999
