The Rotary Road Runners are a UK Athletics affiliated running club,who
enjoy running and motivating each other.
We meet every Thursday at 7PM at West Park in Aldwick,
Bognor Regis and we run along the prom for 20 minutes or thereabouts and
then run back. The idea is that everyone finishes at approximately the same
time and no one gets left behind.
We have a varied range of ages and abilities, and we're
always on the look out for new members. It doesn't matter whether you're a
sub 40 minute 10K runner, or you take over and hour, you will be more than
welcome to come along and run with us - no questions asked.
During the summer months, we have "Away Days"
where we drive to places like East Dean, Centurion Way (Chichester) and
Swanbourne Lake (Arundel) and run for 40 minutes to an hour. Occasionally
we'll stop off for a bite to eat on the way back.
