Main 10K starts at 10:30am

Junior Fun Run starts at 09:15am

All finishers receive a medal.

​

The 10K race will be run under a full UK Athletics licence and the course has been officially measured and has a certificate of course accuracy. The race will be chip timed and results will also be published on runbritain.

​

Wheelchairs are welcome and must be of the standard push wheel type with a maximum length of 1.2m.

​

Race entries are now closed.

If you signed up after 3 May and missed our last postal run, your number will be at Reynolds (27-31 High St, Bognor Regis PO21 1RR). 

​

If you are unable to collect from Reynolds in Bognor town we will have your number at Race HQ on Sunday 14 May - remember to arrive in plenty of time to collect before your chosen race.
